Booking 

If you decide to book with First Class Photo Booth, A $100 dollar non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and will go towards the total cost of your event. This deposit is required to secure your date, photo booth of your choice, along with one of our custom back drops, props, and custom photo templets.  
 

Payments 

At the time of booking a $100 dollar non refundable deposit is required. Seven days prior to your event the full balance is due. In the event that your event is booked seven days or less, the total amount of your event is due upon booking.  

Refunds & Cancellations 
There will be no refunds or cancellations within 30 days of the event, but a credit of all monies paid can be used to reschedule your event within a 12-month rolling period. After 12 months, all monies will be forfeited, unless First Class Photo Booth is unable to render services.  

Photo Booth Requirements 

If your event is outdoors during the day, a covered area is required. If outdoors at night, a cover is highly recommended and may be required depending on Season/ weather forecast. Please note, if the weather becomes unfavorable, the booth will be disengaged and services will be deemed rendered. If your rental includes a backdrop, it must be placed against a wall or vertical surface as a safety precaution. If these requirements are not met or willfully bypassed, the client assumes all financial and legal responsibility caused to or by event guests and for any equipment damage. 

Damage or Loss 

The client is responsible for any damage or loss of the photo booth and its components caused by the client or event guests during the rental period. The client will be billed for any repairs or replacements necessary to restore the photo booth to its original condition. 

Model Release  

All individuals utilizing First Class Photo Booth hereby grant First Class Photo Booth the right and permission to copyright and employ photographic portraits or images of any photo booth user, whether in whole or in part. These images may be used through any and all media currently known or hereafter devised for purposes such as illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose. We realize some clients may want the photos from their event to remain private, which is why you have the option to Decline the model release. If you choose to decline the model release, please state in writing via email prior to your event.
